Seth played his prep school hockey at Trinity-Pawling School. After graduating, he played with the Green Mountain Glades in the EJHL for one season. Seth attended St. Anselm College where he played four years of varsity hockey and was named captain both his junior and senior years. Most recently Seth has worked as coach and skills instructor for the Valley Jr. Warriors and Boston Americans hockey programs.

Scott played his collegiate hockey at the University of Maine. In his senior year (1991-92), he was the Hobey Baker award winner. Post graduation, Scott continued his career at the professional level by playing 12 years in the NHL / AHL. After his playing career, Scott coached at the AHL level for 8 seasons. Scott served as the Senior Director of Player Development for the Toronto Maple Leafs for 7 years. Currently, he is a professional scout with the Arizona Coyotes. 

Adam is the founder of Stride Envy Hockey. He currently is a player consultant with the Toronto Maple Leafs and Chicago Steel (USHL).

Mike is the Director of Hockey Operations at Victus Academy and the Director of Skill Development for the Tampa Bay Lighting. 

Marty played at Boston College High School from 1986-1989. He was the captain of the 1989 team and All Conference all star selection 1989 (Catholic Conference). He attended Fairfield University and was the captain of 1993 team.  Marty coached Boston College High School for 17 years from 1995-2012. He is currently coaching with the Collegiate Prospects Combine (CPC) hockey program

John is a retired professional hockey player. John had a great prep school career at Cushing Academy before entering Boston University. He played in the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway and the 1994 World Championship. John currently serves as the Director of Player Personnel and Head Amateur Scout for the New York Rangers.

Jacob returns for his second year with the NAE staff as a youth mentor coach. He has played his hockey for the Northern Cyclones of the NCDC League and is currently playing in the NAHL for the Maine Nordiques.  

Kelly joins our staff after participating with NAE over the last two years. She has been committed to the development process and will be a great mentor to our youth players. Kelly is currently a junior at Governors Academy and committed to the University of New Hampshire.  

Julia joins our staff for the third summer. She has been involved with the NAE program since its beginning in 2019. Julia will be a rising senior at the New Hampton School and committed to Boston College for the 2023-24 season.

Maria is set to join our staff this summer. She has been committed to the development process and has been with NAE for the past two years. Maria is a rising junior at the Brooks School in North Andover, MA.
